Description:  Position involves management and coordination of project design, prepare applications and process entitlements for private sector land development pro­jects.  Job responsibilities predicated on individuals experience and expertise.

 

Skills:  Site, subdivision and land use design expertise required.  Experience coordinating professional staff and other te­chnical/environmental consultants.  Working knowledge of CEQA and applicable regulatory agencies, experience preparing master plans, specific plans, site development plans and tentative subdivision maps.  Five to seven years experience.  Some Autocad expertice a plus but not mandatory.
