Portfolio/Systems Analyst

Job Responsibilities:


Financial Organization is seeking a team player to participate in tasks to include, but not limited to:Perform transaction servicing functions on the ACBS loan systemAssist in the process and reconciling Good Faith Deposits and processing related transactions,Assist in the generation and reconciling of daily cash proof (balancing) reportsPerform regular data reviews to loan, fee and accrual information in complete and accurateCompile daily funding information, prepare and distribute daily funding estimatesCoordinate with team members to facilitate the orderly funding of new client facilitiesParticipate in the preparation of information used for internal metrics.

Will report to Team Manager, Operations.  Qualifications:
At least 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a commercial finance or banking environment. Expertise in facility, client and loan structure and maintenance on the ACBS (Deal Master) loan system is highly preferred. Knowledge in key areas of operations such as data input and maintenance on loan system, reconciliation and internal control functions is preferred. A self motivated team player with a history of meeting or exceeding goals. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Team player.

An undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting or industry experience is required.
