Pre Funding Quality Control Processor

We are looking for Pre Funding Quality Control Processors for our Pre Funding Department. 

 

Job Responsibilities/Skills Needed:

 

? Prepares department files for completion of Pret-Funding Quality Control (QC) Reviews.

? Performs telephone communication to verify employment, licensing, assets and collateral review.

? Obtains on-line information to substantiate verbal communication for borrower identification, employment and licensing.

? Prepares reverification letters and copies of documentation to be mailed if applicable.

? Prepares department mini-files with labels and appropriate tracking and work sheets.

? Utilizes the Quality Control Automated System to document findings.

? Processes a minimum of  5 to 7 files per day.

? Remains current with QC procedures and investigative resources.

? Performs complex processing on more difficult files.

? Provides guidance, training and procedures to junior processors.

? Complies with Impac Companies' Security and Confidentiality procedures.

? Advanced Knowledge of Quality Control principles and practices.

? Basic Computer Knowledge including exposure to Excel, Word and Access.

? Must have advanced knowledge of internet resources.

? Must have excellent verbal and  written communication skills.

? Must have excellent organizational skills.

? Must have high level of Ethics and Professionalism
