Pricing Coordinator (130300-570)

Description

Maintains ?Price Request? mailbox
Evaluates all job request forms to ensure correct information is received
Create new jobs ensuring all products and pricing are correct
Calculate ?specials? pricing for jobs
Contacts DBDM, BDR, & CISR via voice mail and e-mail when jobs are created
Maintains file with hard copy of job request forms
Monitor orders that exceed gallons allowed on jobs
Releases orders from exceed gallons hold and follows up with BDR or CISR with information of the job exceeding gallons
Updates job requests as required by the BDR or CISR
Evaluate credit requests and issue credits when applicable
Available daily to answer and questions by both internal and external contacts
Maintains term codes and promotion codes for all new and closed accounts
Prepares all customer accounts to enter into the flexible pricing program (deactivate terms & promo codes)
Maintains ?customer comment screen? for accounts
Monitors invoiced orders for participating retailer to ensure proper quantity discount pricing
Works closely with MIS to communicate programming issues and problems


 Required Skills

Working knowledge of Pricing Program
Quantity Discount
Job Request Pricing
Basic & Advance knowledge of Infinium-AS/400
Working knowledge of Excel
Must be self motivated and can work well with minimum supervision
Must be organized and able to multi-task
Good communication skills both verbal & writing
Must be able to firmly and politely say no when necessary
