Pricing Coordinator

POSITION: PRICING COORDINATOR

LOCATION: INDIANAPOLIS, IN

 

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

To provide product pricing information to internal and external customers, and to maintain the quote database and pricing schedules.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer price increases within system including updating all standard and non-standard price schedules

Maintain and update Price books (14 books)

All pricing maintenance for price increase, price books, individual customer schedules, new items added, quotes

Run sales history for updating expiring quotes

Updating expiring quote report

Assist in pricing deviations/quoting

Approve all ?price approval? deviations in RexLinkNew part maintenance & pricing

Assist in the development of pricing strategies to improve profitability.

Identify and report changes in the bearing market to maintain and grow market share.

 

EDUCATION:

High School education is required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Working knowledge of products.

Proficient with computer based software.

Good organization and communication skills; verbal and written.

Able to work with in a team environment as well as independently.

Proactive and capable of making fact based decisions.

Able to interface from the customer level to senior management.
