Procedures and Systems Analyst I

- Develops, reviews, and recommends methods and procedures for CIT operations
- Assists in documenting existing policies and procedures for various Specialty Finance divisions including but not limited to, Home Lending, Sales Financing, CIT Bank, OTF and EDL
- Interacts with various departments in gathering information for incorporation into procedures
- Maintains documentation, files and other reports related to CIT procedures
- Maintains Policies and Procedures website as necessary to ensure most up-to-date information is posted.
- Serves as procedures liaison on project teams and task forces
- May review or supervise work of Procedures and Systems Analyst II or other designated employees
- Answers requests from field offices on special problems and questions regarding policies and procedures
- Assists in developing, scheduling and conducting of training sessions for field offices through Intercall's Web-Conferencing based upon changes to CIT policy and procedures
- Publication of periodic Policies and Procedures Newsletter which serves to "recap" all procedure changes made for the month
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills:
Bachelor?s Degree in business or related field, including 2 - 4 years in mortgage lending industry.
Understanding of the various federal, state and local predatory lending regulations and interpreting regulatory guidance.
Experience writing policies and procedures preferred.
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred (1 year minimum).
