We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual for the position of Process Excellence Leader- Crop in Middlebury, CT.  Reporting to the VP Product Assets- Crop Protection Business Unit, this position is responsible for leading business processes and systems improvement.

Key Responsibilities: 

?Coordinate efforts to define, develop and implement world class commercial/ business processes within Chemtura  Crop Protection Business Unit.

?Ensure deployment of Corporate Commercial and Process Excellence tools such as key account management; Value Pricing, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.

?Accountable for successful execution of business project improvement projects, acting as champion; project leader and/or manager.

Qualifications include:

?Bachelor?s degree minimum with 5-10 years of work experience in sales, marketing, business management or other commercial-transactional functions.

?Demonstrated Leadership and ability to affect change in a matrix organization and drive consensus, within Senior, Regional and functional management teams.

? Experience in application and leadership in project management; process and systems improvement.

? Must have energy, determination and the will to succeed.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

? Proven track record of professional successes.

? MBA, Six Sigma and Lean certification are a plus. If not certified in Six Sigma and Lean must be willing to complete training requirements within 6 to 12 months.
