Product Representative

CITY: Bethlehem STATE: Pennsylvania COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Partner with Product Specialists on selecting and applying turbo-machinery to meet customer inquiries and specifications. In addition, partner with them on the preparation of professional proposals and cost estimates, including procurement of outside purchased items. Furthermore, partner with them to ensure complete, detailed and fully understandable "Project Hand-Overs" to the project team. This requires an in-depth understanding of the product, their associated auxiliary systems, CONMEC standards and industry standards.
* Assist with generation of proposals, commercial presentations, negotiation and selling assistance where needed.
* Work with other Marketing personnel, Engineering and Shop to develop work scopes, including the selection and application of equipment, and calculation of performance.
* Review purchase orders for conformity to proposals.
* Interface with Engineering, Order to Remittance (OTR) and other groups within CONMEC as required to ensure smooth order flow, as well as customer liaison for in house orders.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* BS Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering discipline from an Accreditted 4 year institution.
* Minimum of one year Mechanical Engineering experience
* Proficient MS Office 2000 (Word/Excel/PP/Access)

* Travel up to 20% including international travel.
