Description

Results driven engineering professional to lead a multi-functional team responsible for the development of products from initial concept to full production release while ensuring customer satisfaction & sales goals are effectively met.

Responsibilities will include defining product requirements, cost, schedule, and providing regular program status updates to Sr. Management while tracking progress on those metrics. Participation in various market research and product definition activities will also be required.

BS/MS in engineering, MBA preferred, 10+ years engineering program management experience and 5 years handling products from conception to full life cycle.

Superior leadership, oral & written communication and project management skills expected.
