Program Manager - (L-3 GSICB23750)

L3 Communications/GSI is now accepting resumes for a PROGRAM MANAGER to support the efforts on the Global War on Terrorism. This position is located in IRAQ.

Responsibilities: Hired candidate will be responsible for all program management, administration and related functions to ensure the intelligence efforts of L3/GSI in support of the customer's mission for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Duties will support the managerial functions of the contract requirements including but not limited to: High level communications with customer including Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Personnel Management responsibilities for 300+ in country employees at over 22 Forward Operating Bases (FOBs), Logistics Management and high-level communication between in country team and L3/GSI stateside program management team.

Requirements:
15+ years of military intelligence experience with DoD
15+ years of program management or equivalent experience
Must have experience managing contracts in excess of $150 million annually.
Preference given to experience in HUMINT and/or OSINT intelligence arenas. Prior Theater experience required; Middle East Theater and SOF experience strongly preferred.
Strong communications skills MS Office Suite and database skills
Active TS/SCI
Minimum of 1 year commitment strongly desired.
Travel within the USCENTCOM AOR is required and hired candidate must be willing to work extended hours.
