Project Manager 2 - Baton Rouge

Position Summary:


Project Manager 2 (PM2)

Responsible for all phases of planning and execution on medium projects as defined by medium potential risk, complexity, manpower requirements and/or contact value (typically less than $100 million).
May have responsibly for multiple projects.
Establishes and monitors project safety and quality programs.
Plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
Supervises project personnel through subordinate leaders.
Supports business development activities and may serve as a proposal manager.
Represents the company to client and maintains client relationship.
Normally requires a BS degree in appropriate discipline and typically 7 or more years project management experience.





Requirements:


High school degree, some college preferred.  10 years construction management experience.

Normal office.
