Job Description:
Overall management of WDS projects including oversight and participation during: site survey, design, procurement, installation, and testing. Responsible for cost, quality, and schedule of each project.
Must have at least 4 years managing mulitple complex projects from start to finish. (Prefer direct wireless in-building installation knowledge or similar industry related experience). Preference to have RF in-building project managment experience.
Must have ability to clearly articulate design and installation concepts and solutions to customers. Interface with customers on a daily basis. Ability to manage and motivate an installation subcontractor.
TOOLS/SOFTWARE:
Microsoft software- Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of construction drawings and AutoCAD. RF test equipment knowledge a plus.
General Skill Sets:
Contracts and Statements of Work
Understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and cost tracking
Design Presentations
Organization
Must possess mechanical aptitude, technical troubleshooting skills, and have worked with test equipment (spectrum analyzer, praxysm, signal generators, MPE meters)
Special Skills:
Working understanding of new building construction and materials
Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings
Cellular, PCS, ESMR, Paging, Two-Way radio, VOIP, WLAN, WMTS, and wireless medical device understanding essential for job
Healthcare related industry related experience with construction company, medical device manufacturer or IT arena highly desirable
