We are currently seeking a market research project manager to join our dynamic research team.

 

 

The ideal candidate:

 

* You will work directly with clients to conduct research projects, including research design, survey development, sample procurement, data collection, and data analysis.

 

* You will provide superior customer service and high-level consulting/collaborating on projects.

 

* You will run a wide variety and high volume of different projects for B2B and B2C studies, so you must be able to multitask and take on several projects at a time.

 

* To ensure the highest quality research, you will be an active member of the strategic team that pools resources to increase effectiveness for both clients and the company.

Qualifications:

 

* Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

 

* Working knowledge of online research designs, survey development, sampling issues, and market research statistics.

 

* Experience conducting and analyzing survey research for either supply or client side of market research preferred; marketing/PR/advertising research experience will also be considered.  2+ years of work experience desirable.

 

* Bachelor?s degree with emphasis in statistics, social sciences, marketing, and/or computer science; Master?s degree preferred.

 

* Computer and Internet proficiency, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; SPSS helpful.
