Audio Visual system installations from Pre-Planning to Closeout.

We?re internationally  recognized for the design and installation of presentation systems for boardrooms, training rooms & other high-tech presentation facilities. This is a KEY position. Are you good at making things happen ? in a team environment?

In a nutshell ?.. Our top candidate will be an established AV Project Manager with training and experience.

 

The PROJECT MANAGER is responsible that audio visual systems installations projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, safely, by?..

- Scheduling, managing, & coordinating the available labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, weather, technical expertise & the calendar. Will perform site visits in the pre-planning phase.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of all assigned projects. Communicate in advance additional staffing requirements. Coordinate & approve equipment & product needs with Purchasing.

- Employing excellent communication channels & effective interaction with Sales, the Client, Installation Teams & Management. Conduct regular team meetings.

- Documenting every aspect of the project?s progress including the creation of change orders, logistics, & events.

- Obtaining all necessary Installation Team travel arrangements for out-of-town projects; obtain required rental equipment.

- Obtaining Final Sign-Off?s at project completion.

 

What we expect (the qualifications)

- Verifiable, solid managerial or supervisory experience in the 3+ year range.

- Project Management experience ? Pre-Planning to Closeout ? three+ year history of direct responsibility of multiple projects, Preferably from 5K-200K.

- An exceptional financial, budgeting, & scheduling background is desired!

- PC proficiency is an absolute requirement. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook must be your best friends. 

- Ideal candidate will have experience with building structures, codes, construction processes; will be a detailed thinker, a ?worst-case-scenario? person always planning alternative solutions, and has impressive Time Management skills.

- Our top candidate will be a leader, a professional communicator, highly effective at meeting deadlines, and is very comfortable making decisions & initiating action.

- Selected individual will be a hands-on person, out in the field, not shy about climbing ladders, lifting up to 35 pounds, or stomping through the mud ?.. whatever is needed to drive the project home!
