Project Manager with Prepaid Card experience

 Project Manager with the following skillset on a contract to hire basis or direct hire basis. PMP certification is a plus but not required.  It is most important to keep up with the critical projects, deadlines and track the new requirements requested by either Europe or end  clients. Needs to understand the system they are working with so have a technical understanding/ background. SQL is required...not high level - just doing such things as *Select and extracting reports. There will be some Business Analysis involved, so the PM needs to have the attitude that gathering requirements and identifying tasks and filliing in gaps is the pro-active motivation needed in this environment. The PM will also be taught to do a little bit of configuration - system related configuration but they will be taught this - don't have to have prior knowledge. Card processing experience or prepaid card background ideal Soft skills: Assertive, Independent, motivated, creative, ambitious. Must be able to problem-solve and not need to be spoon-fed.
