Description


The Property Development Associates, located in Arcadia, CA, has an opening for a Property Administrator.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist Property Manager in all management aspects of the portfolio.
Responsible for handling department accounts receivable, collections and accounts payable coding and input.
Interpretation and preparation of lease summaries and tracking instruments.
Prepare monthly property reports, construction and operating budgets, including management reports pertaining to CAM, taxes and insurance.
Prepare CAM reconciliations for tenants and audit and process CAM billings from landlords.
Coordinate vendors, tenants and owners in the operation, repair and maintenance of the portfolio.
Assist in processing landlord requests and administering leases.


 Required Skills


Qualifications: The following are preferred or desired unless specifically stated:
AA or technical degree in business or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial property management, lease administration or real estate accounting experience. Retail/shopping center experience preferred.
Able to participate as a team player in fast paced real estate environment.
Experience with commercial lease administration, interpretation and documentation.
Demonstrated knowledge of real estate contracts including interpretation and documentation of contracts.
Able to work independently, prioritize, troubleshoot and manage time effectively.
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be a self-starter.
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically, formulate action plans and follow through.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to generate written correspondence.
Strong customer service focus.
