RFP Coordinator

 

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can grow and contribute to the success of our company.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supporting multiple concurrent proposalsOrganizing and scheduling proposal meetings and serving as primary point of contact during proposal developmentApplying boilerplate content and assigning responsibility for response gaps to correct resourcesEstablishing, publishing and managing project deadlines for each proposalEditing and harmonizing responses to ensure that submissions meet requirementsProofreading documents for consistency and errorsMaintaining and improving proposal development processesUpdating and maintaining the response repository Coordinating final printing, production, assembly and shipping/delivery

 

Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree1-3 years proposal development experience (preferably in software or high-tech industry)Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexiblity and ablity to adapt to rapidly changing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to multi-task and strong organizational skillsEffective planning, time management, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent writing and editing skillsProficiency with MS Office applications Positive, proactive attitude
