Proposal/Publications Production Specialist (5058)

Successful candidate will provide word processing/electronic publishing support required for formatting and producing large proposals/documents. Responsibilities include layout, pagination, formatting, editing, initial input, working with charts and graphics, digital print production, bindery, packaging, shipping, and coordination required for the print production and delivery of large proposals/documents. Perform basic web authoring tasks as required. Advanced computer skills required in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.


Requirements:

At least five (5) years experiece providing desktop/proposal production support. Proposal/Publications Production Specialist. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, QuarkXPress, and web authoring tools required. Must be very experienced with MS Word styles, templates, paragraph numbering, linking and importing graphics. Must be experienced in the operation of high speed digital printing equipment. Knowledge of software required to produce multiple copies of CDs. Bindery experience including: GBC, 3-hole punch, cover, spine, index tabs, etc.... Able to adjust schedule to work late nights, weekends as required. Able to work unsupervised in an organized and effective manner during fast paced, stressful situations. Coordinate with print production service vendors as required. Communicate and coordinate with high speed digital print service technicians.
