Public Works Manager

Job Description:
Responsible to the General Manager for the effective management of all Public Works services for the Garrison and tenants. Serves as the alternative General Manager.

Security Clearance: Secret (serves as General Manager's Alternate).

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Four years of experience may be substituted for each missing year of education.

Six years of public works support experience. Three years of experience managing Government services support contracts. 5 years of experience preferred.

Leadership knowledge of Army legacy systems to include:
Integrated Facilities System (IFS)
IFS Real Property Inventory (RPI) module.
Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS)
Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP)
Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES).
Defense Property Accounting System (DPAS)
DD Form 1391 Processor module of the Programming Administration and execution (PAX) System
Construction Appropriations Programming Control and Execution System (CAPCES)
Information Systems Cost Estimating (ISCE) software
Facility Planning System Assistance (SEPA) system.
Paperless Ordering and Receipt Transaction Screen (PORTS)
