QA Analyst-UNIX - (CB205621)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced tester on UNIX platforms. This Quality Assurance Analyst position is responsible for testing all areas of the EFT Settlement Application, including Transaction Research, Online Adjustments, Reporting, and Settlement via ACH formatted files. Experience with Oracle databases and EFT applications is preferred.

Responsibilities - Under minimal supervision:
*Participate in assigned projects, including project meetings, work product reviews, providing work breakdown structures and status to manager and project managers.
* Develop test plans documenting the testing for functionality that is changing and the system regression testing that will be performed.
* Create new scripts when necessary and modify existing test scripts for the application changes.
* Perform system testing, including new functionality and regression testing.
* Troubleshoot software testing issues and provide detailed documentation of defects to the developers.
* Document test results.

Requirements:
* Associates degree or higher and at least 3 years of testing experience.
* Proven experience in developing test plans, test scripts and documenting test results.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast paced environment.
* Experience testing in a UNIX environment.
* Experience with Oracle SQL queries.
* Demonstrates excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
* Demonstrated ability to function in a team environment.
* Understanding of EFT terminology is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills in listening, negotiating, influencing, problem resolution
