Perform technical repairs on Polar heart rate monitors (HRMs).

 

Job Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

 

? Understand and apply appropriate repair codes and repair prices.

? Operate testing equipment.

? Complete repair paperwork.

? Basic HRM programming and function testing.

? Maintain high quality of repair work.

? Understanding of warranty policies, general repair procedures and technical bulletin updates.

? Support overall efforts to obtain goals and objectives for the department.

 

Job Requirements:

 

? Experience with small parts repair/assembly.

? Electronics experience a plus.

? High attention to details.

? Individual must be organized and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.

? Good written/oral communication and follow-up skills.

? General computer skills: including MS Word and Excel, a plus.

? Be willing to demonstrate flexibility in work hours, assignments and scope of work as required to meet the objectives of the department (turnaround time, productivity and quality of work).

? Overtime required as needed to meet workload demands.
