Regional Business Manager

Manage performance of a field service provider network for a consumer electronics client. This position requires 50% Travel. Those responsibilities fall into three primary areas. Training - facilitating technical training sessions on current consumer electronics product line, up to and including component level repair using prepackaged training material. Operations - Negotiating pricing agreements with network service providers. Resolving accounting issues. Ensuring area geographic service coverage for consumers. Assisting in maintaining the relationship between the client and the network service provider. Performance management - Ensuring the network service provider meets or exceeds client expectations with regards to cost and other contracted metrics by identifying performance gaps and implementing corrective action plans. Major Field of Study: Bachelor's Degree.
