Regional Direct Hire Manager - Southeast Division

Great opportunity for an experienced operations manager, or a successful sales pro with previous branch and/or management experience, with a track record of meeting direct hire or search financial objectives. Work directly with a VP/GM and team of regional directors. Responsible for driving the Direct Hire business objectives within the SE Division through Direct Hire Consultants (DHCs) and the branch network by:

Requirements include:

Thorough understanding of branch operations; branch management experience preferred.

Proven track record of driving sales and/or direct hire budget performance at the branch level; experience managing DHC, BDS, BDM, or other sales jobs a plus.

Proven ability to analyze, plan and synthesize information into an overall strategy.

Ability to utilize informal lines of authority to advise, counsel, guide and develop (i.e., through coaching, training, etc.) branch managers and their direct hire and/or other staff.

Superior influencing and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up and interpersonal skills.

Four year degree.

Ability to travel at least 50 percent within the SE Division and (+ Puerto Rico).
