Regional Sls & Operations Director - Bldg Products

Sales Consultants is a 39 year old executive search firm specializing in recruiting sales and management professionals for the building materials industry. Our client is a leading manufacturer in the residential building materials industry. They are seeking an experienced individual to oversee the sales and operations for four distribution facilities. Position will oversee the midwest and the appropriate person must be located somewhere in the geographic area of Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana or Pennsylvania. Company offers outstanding compensation package for industry experienced professional including base salary plus commission with a total package near $200,000.


Must have hands on management, as well as P & L responsibilities. Requires 7 to 10 years experience in a sales and operations management role within the building materilas industry. Must have experience with exterior building products such as roofing, siding, windows, etc. Experience with one step distribution is preferred, as well as Bachelors degree.
