Candidates for this position will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Description
Leads and oversee all effort in preparing Requirements Analysis documents in support of procurement requirements. Analyzes and interprets technical requirements and leads the writing of Statements of Work for service contracts. Confers with Government technical personnel on mandatory requirements, evaluation of vendor questions and preparation of responses.
Required Skills
Over four (4) or more years experience in providing ADP and procurement support to the Federal Government, with extensive experience in the preparation of vendor proposals for equipment procurement as well as systems development procurement. Knowledge of the FAR and other appropriate regulations.
