Job Description: Manage all phases of the market research process including needs identification, project design, modeling analyses, survey design, analysis and presentation of results. Interface with internal clients to help define research issues and apply results to client's business. Serve as key interface with internal Research Field Operations team and third party suppliers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)

Undergraduate degree in Market Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related fields or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Proven hands-on experience with SPSS or similar package

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven SPSS experience

Proven understanding of Walt Disney World key business metrics

Demonstrated strong organization skills

Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills

Demonstrated strong Guest Service skills
