We are seeking professional, career-oriented individuals with excellent communication, customer service & organizational skills. These motivated self-starters will perform intensive phone work, gathering information for a portfolio of commercial properties through an interview process. Additional responsibilities include tracking commercial real estate market activity; developing working relationships with industry professionals; and writing news stories on major market transactions and trends.
A BA/BS degree or professional work experience equivalent is required. Proficiency in Windows-based applications, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to learn & apply concepts are essential. Successful candidates will also have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
