We are currently seeking a Research Manager who is a professional, career-oriented individual with excellent staff management, communication and organizational skills to join our growing research team in Columbia, MD.
The Research Manager will be responsible for the overall quality of information in the CoStar Property, Commercial MLS, COMPS and Connect products for a specific CoStar market. Duties include managing a team of 5-10 research associates, reporting and statistical analysis, building awareness of the company's products, and developing relationships with key contacts (brokers, owners, developers, etc.) in the market's real estate community.
Candidates must have 5+ years of exceptional supervisory and staff management experience, coupled with strong communication, organizational and information gathering skills. B.A./B.S. degree, proficiency in MS Office required. Knowledge of CRE markets preferred. A working knowledge of CoStar products is a plus. Candidates with strong call-center management experience will also be considered.
