ROUTE TRAINEE - ALHAMBRA / SIERRA SPRINGS BOTTLED WATER

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Will train in Route Operations on how to effectively sell and deliver HOD packaged water products and provide exemplary customer service to new and existing customers.

 

Develop a relationship with and provide unsurpassed service and products to new and existing customers that ensure customer retention and increase customer loyalty.

 

Complete scheduled service calls and resolve customer problems or complaints.

 

Fulfill all customer commitments received from the Contact Center.

 

Use PC process/system to manage customers in keying transactions, balance all route activities, follow daily am/pm procedures and maintain customer data.

 

Protect Company assets, including collection of equipment and payments.

 

Operate routes in relief of assigned Route Sales Representatives.

 

Ensure industrial and vehicular safety while operating routes in relief of assigned Route Sales Representatives according to Company policy and service excellence.

 

Deliver on average (180) 3 or 5-gallon containers of water per day. Each 5-gallon container weighs approximately 43 pounds. In addition deliver and upsell package water, cups and ancillary items to both residential and commercial accounts.

FOR CONSIDERATION YOU SHOULD POSSESS:


Maniacal focus on customer service, excellent communication skills, an insatiable desires to succeed, imagination, solid presentation skills, and strong organizational practices.

 

Clean Motor Vehicle record in the prior 36 months

 

Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. continuously over a 8-10 hour shift

 

Must successfully pass all pre-employment testing; DOT Physical and drug screen, background check, Physical Ability Testing

 

CDL Class B license or permit is preferred not required before starting as Route Trainee.
