SPECIALTY LEASING MANAGER - (SP10652)
The Westfield Group (ASX Code: WDC) is an internally managed, vertically integrated, shopping center group undertaking ownership, development, design, construction, funds/asset management, property management, leasing and marketing activities. Westfield has more than 43 years of experience in the shopping center business and employs in excess of 4,000 staff worldwide.
Oversee the Temporary Tenant Leasing which covers inline tenants, cart/kiosk tenants, vending, trade show tenants, car displays, carnivals, tree lots, pumpkin lots, parking lot rental, and all other leasing that is on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
a) Prospecting tenants.
b) Making leasing deals.
c) Preparing contracts.
d) Collecting rent for Specialty Leases
e) Working with tenants on visual merchandising.
f) Enforcing tenant rules & regulations.
g) Keeping track of tenant sales.
h) Overseeing cart repairs.
i) Monthly Manager's Reports.
j) Monthly forecast.
k) Working with Property Accountant in completing Specialty Leasing
Accounting Report.
l) Providing signage for events and store openings.
