SWAN Specialist (129518-514)

OVERVIEW:

The SWAN Specialist will be responsible for helping to troubleshoot issues with in the SWAN application, and work with the appropriate resources to resolve them. The Specialist should have the ability to organize and manage multiple task and possible projects in a professional and consistent manner and establish priorities, which are consistent with the organization and department mission and objectives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

? Troubleshoot any problems that may arise with the SWAN application.
? Assist QCA, Training, and Documentation on various projects.
? Performs a variety of complicated, sometimes tedious, tasks.
? Communicate various reports to Vendor locations including but not limited to: Snag Log, and SWAN Usage Reports.
? Review, maintain and approve the SWAN procedures for the Customer Service Procedures.
? Maintain records of all issues with the SWAN Application.
? Update all participating parties with any changes or problems with the application.
? Responsible for arranging, executing, and following-up on conference calls with all parties utilizing the SWAN application.
? Aid the Training Department in presenting SWAN policies and procedures, as needed.

COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

? Computer experience in the following applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and/or Access.
? Should have strong knowledge of Customer Service Policy & Procedure.
? Should have a fundamental knowledge of the workings of the TSYS system.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

? BS/BA degree in related field required, unless there is relevant, significant work experience

EXPERIENCE:

? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong attention to detail.
? Ability to effectively work alone or in a team environment.
? Documentation of training materials for financial applications utilized.
? Communication of updates and changes impacting other departments within an organization.
? Training adult learners on a variety of tasks ranging from minor to major.

This role will work closely with key departmental and project stakeholders across the organization. Therefore, the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the organization is a key priority in this role.

Travel, access to confidential information, etc.

? Minimal travel to collections or customer service facilities may be required; if necessary, expected to be less than 5%
