YRCI is currently working with a global management consulting business with the mission of providing responsive and innovative financial, performance management and systems solutions to governments and international organizations.  This international company has over 500 branch offices located in over 100 countries, with nearly 50 domestic offices in the US.  Their services are provided to maximize solution-chain management and corporate results, in areas of audit compliance, international tax, corporate finance, supply and personnel management, and reorganization and recovery services to entrepreneurial and high-growth companies.

****************************************************Job Title: Sr. Contracts Administrator

 

Key Role:

 

Supporting a federal client, the Senior Contracts Administrator will have pre award and post award contract responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to execute the following functions for GSA Schedule orders and for competitively awarded contracts:

 

Pre Award Responsibilities include:

? Review solicitations to make a risk assessment, to assist with the pricing strategy, and to identify cost/price proposal requirements

? Review and compile representations and certifications

? Issue, review, negotiate, and execute non-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements

? Negotiate and finalize contract documents with government contracting officers and prime contractor contracting representatives to ensure consistency with the solicitation and proposal

? Lead debriefs

 

Post Award Responsibilities include:

? Function as the primary point-of-contact with government contracting officers and prime contractor contracting representatives

? Day-to-day contract administration duties such as facilitating and negotiating modifications, leading the identification and resolution of any actual or potential contract and/or risk issues, and assisting with the collection of aged receivables

? Maintain tracking database of active contracts and orders

? Assist with contract close out, as required

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the aforementioned responsibilities with finesse. The senior contracts administrator must be able to successfully work independently in a team environment with all levels of staff.

 

Requirements:

 

-  B.A. or B.S. degree is preferred

-  A minimum of 7 years experience in federal government contracting is required

-  ?Cradle to Grave? experience

-  Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills are a must

-  Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-  Must be energetic, organized, and a team player

-  Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills are required
