Responds to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding Facilities and support services. Determines best method to resolve Facilities customer service problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to Facilities policies. Utilizes technical and customer services skills to triage and dispatch incoming calls from customers; assesses needs, gives appropriate technical options and facilitates referral to specialists; educates the caller when appropriate. Monitors the data entered by the Customer Service Representative. Requirements: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma or GED equivalent. Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite; Exceptional organization skills. Three to five (3-5) years of experience.

- 3:00pm - 11:30pm
