Essential Skills:

Responsible for development and maintenance of the PBM client implementation process as part of the operations team. PBM products integrate pharmacy benefit offerings such as mail, specialty, clinical programs, member enrollment, data services and pharmacy claims processing. Implementation activities include developing prospects through interaction with the sales organization, consulting on PBM offerings during the client transition to WHI, project management of the implementation process including internal and external documentation, and post-implementation monitoring for client satisfaction. Activities culminate with transfer of the client relationship to Account Management staff.
Manage a team responsible for assisting the sales organization with marketing and consulting on WHI PBM products, to include formal presentations and travel to client locations. Perform implementation functions for large, high-profile clients. Ensure staff maintain superior product knowledge to ensure client satisfaction and maximize gross profit and sales for WHI. Develop efficient implementation processes that ensure effective client interactions and result in delivery of superb quality products in a timely manner. Develop, track and maintain performance goals showing successful delivery of services to internal and external departments.



Qualifications:

Must be process oriented. College degree preferred or relevant years of experience; Excellent oral and written communication and problem solving skills; Excellent relationship building skills; Ability to prepare presentations and present to large groups; Ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop recommendations for client; Must be able to manage multiple complex projects and tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines; Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs; Project management, account management or sales experience required, management experience preferred.
