Role Summary: Management of day to day activities and issues associated with land assets; analyze existing and future land lease; identify potential property acquisition and disposition; ensure best use practices are employed for long-term asset value; manage sustainable activities associated with land assets; maximize land use and revenue; and provide leadership and guidance over GIS Analyst.

Key Requiriements:Bachelor?s degree in business, engineering or related field. Masters Degree preferredTwo years experience in Property Management-related or commercial relate role; with at least 3-5 years business experience involving client contactStrong relationship building skills (internal and external)Ability to relate to a range of people ? from farmers to residents to business ownersComputer-intensive environment requires proficiency in MS Office products. Knowledge of GIS mapping and database programs a plus
