Job Description

1) Develop and execute facilities operations plans and strategies for N. American; focus on centralized contracting strategies, development of formal service level agreements for each site and develop remote support strategies.
2) Manage all facilities projects and initiatives to defined objectives; inclusive of construction, business services, specialized consulting, and real estate.
3) Provide leadership and direction to develop North American facilities and services; will require frequent travel and highly effective communication skills for operational and financial management.
4) Develop alternatives for delivering services and operations that improves operations, financial risk or long-term costs.
5) Manage all finances to provide for consistent and efficient reporting; GAAP and cash analysis and management experience a MUST.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, and a minimum of 10 years of facilities managment experience.  National Facility management or commercial property management experience (inclusive of services), preferably with a Fortune 500 company across multiple locations throughout North America. Project management experience, construction management experience, architecture / design management experience, space planning, staff management (direct and contracted), business planning / financial planning, executive communications experience, successful contract negotiation experience, commercial real estate experience (pre-negotiation and post-negotiation), organizational development experience. Successful candidate will have national contract experience, consolidation experience and a track record of success with change management. The combination of the noted experience should be for multiple locations with successful experience in a centralized organization model, specifically delivering improved financial results.
