Description Responsibilities: Prepare timely, accurate and compliant cost proposals for Federal clients. Participate in the entire proposal process to include: develop cost volume schedules; assist in development of pricing strategies; coordinate labor, subcontract, material and ODC estimates; review, analyze and compile cost data; prepare cost volumes. Work closely with Contracts, Purchasing, Human Resources and Operations to ensure accuracy and coordination of cost proposal. Provide competitive analysis for business opportunities. Prepare and present price review to management. Support audits and participate in cost proposal/contract negotiations.

Required Skills

BS in accounting or finance plus 4-9 years of experience in finance. 1-2 years of cost proposal pricing an absolute requirement.
