Service Manager Position for Heavy Construction Equipment

Service Manager needed for a heavy commercial construction equipment dealership in Bethlehem, PA. Ideal candidate will have 5 - 10 years experience as a heavy commercial equipment mechanic and 5 years experience in management. Approximately 10 mechanics will be reporting to the manager. Candidate must have computer skills.

Responsibilities: Assist Customers, advise estimated costs of work with a formal quote, maintain excellent customer relations. Manage service department, schedule all in-shop service and repair of equipment including customer, rental and internal. Schedule road service and repair of equipment. Maintain a safe working environment, enforce all policies and procedures, coordinate all service paperwork.
