Description
As a hands-on individual contributor, will actively participate support Stafford TX (250) and Richardson TX (30) employee groups . Will be responsible for managing employee relations, assist with policies and procedures development and reviews, staffing analysis, job description development, training and development program implementation, performance management program implementation, benefits issues, employment law compliance, candidate interviews for 250+ employees located in Stafford, TX, and Richardson, TX.
Required Skills
Employee Relations, including conflict resolution; manager and employee counseling; complaint investigations; policy interpretation; handle employee on-boarding; handle employee terminations; conduct exit interviews; manage service award program.
? Policies and Procedures: will participate in the review and development of HR policies and procedures.
? Job description development, job requisition reviews.
? Staffing Analysis, including staff size planning & coordination; needs analysis; scheduling, overtime analysis.
? Training and Development, including hew hire orientation; co-ordinate manager?s outside training; conduct in-house basic manager training (interviewing, hiring, performance management, sexual harassment, discrimination, terminations etc.).
? Performance Management, including manager counseling and assistance; monitoring performance management program; critical success factor monitoring.
? Benefits administration assistance, including answering basic benefit plan questions; assist in conducting employee benefits meetings; assisting employees in benefits problem resolution with Benefits Department.
? Expatriate administration assistance for division supported, including policy communication, assignment letter generation, expense tracking and approvals, coordination with payroll and accounting, outside vendor liaison etc.
Special Projects, including assisting corporate office with special HR projects.
Required Experience
? Bachelors Degree.
? 5 or more years HR experience, with 3 to 5 years hands-on experience as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment supporting 200 or more employees.
? Ability to handle all phases of HR as described in Position Accountabilities.
? Flexibility and ability to manage changing priorities and projects to meet critical deadlines and business needs. Good MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Results oriented, team player.
? Excellent communication and consulting skills.
? Proven track record of achievement in HR.
? Must be able to demonstrate ability to be an agent for change and earn the credibility and trust of management and employees.
