Sr. Mask Designer

KEYS:

Must have at least 5 years of BiCMOS, CMOS and/or Bipolar analog layout exp.  Must have proven ability to layout all aspects of a complex BiCMOS, CMOS and Bipolar analog IC.  Must have knowledge of semiconductor devices, fabrication principals and electronic circuits.  Must have exp. with Cadence layout tools.  Must have excellent communication skills and excellent problem solving skills (ie. lvs and drc debug).  Exp. with Dracula verification a plus.

 

DUTIES:

Will transform the schematic and the detailed directions provided by a circuit designer into a compact, high

performance layout.  Will handle every step from floor-plan to mask order.
