Responsibilities:


Manages a continuing process of optimizing product lines. Responsibilities may include streamlining of product line, introduction of new products,liaison between sales, manufacturing, marketing, and customers on products and technology. May represent the organization in outside discussions and technical forums.Supervises less experienced product managers. Handles special projects, as assigned.





Skill Requirements:


Extensive knowledge of product line. Extensive business skills necessary to maximize gross margins and improve operation efficiency. Knowledge of business plans, customer requirements, and market demands. Excellent communication skills. Excellent leadership skills. Ability to recognize and solve complex problems.





Education/Experience:


Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years experience in engineering, operations or marketing environment. Master's Degree with 10+ years experience.
