Sr. Research Associate - QuickQuery (554)

They are responsible for project fulfillment, including survey design and fielding, data analysis, report preparation and client communications. Our Associate Researchers are presented with an opportunity to be an integral part of the fastest growing market research organization in the industry.

May perform, but not limited to the following duties:Help manage the day-to-day operations of QuickQuery (online omnibus service). Help manage all aspects of QuickQuery surveys and fieldings, including client management, project pricing, survey consultation, questionnaire construction, survey testing, sample management, tab plan development, table-checking, and topline report writing. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment. Develop strong client rapport. Consult with and make survey recommendations to clients. Deliver projects on time and as expected. Work with programmers, sampling team, weighting team, and other QuickQuery team members to ensure successful completion of all projects Perform additional project, marketing, and administrative tasks as required

Required SkillsPrimary market research experience preferred, primary custom market research experience a plus Prior client service experience in a business services organization preferred Self-starter with ability to operate independently and as part of a team Demonstrate commitment to client service and support Strong logic skills Excellent writing and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours and sometimes within extremely tight time-frames
