Leveraging our extensive data sources for increase understanding of internet activity and more effective delivery of advertising campaigns is critical to Advertising.com. By best developing, testing and managing ?creatives? (image, flash, video or other internet ads) we enhance the performance of advertising campaigns. The Statistician for Creative Services will focus on gaining knowledge from our data to drive business decisions relative to creating, selecting and maintaining the most effective creatives and optimally deploying them on the internet.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Identify data needs and assemble required data from multiple sources
? Effectively analyze data to draw conclusions about performance in a complex environment
? Design, implement and analyze data from statistical tests for comparison of performance
? Summarize (numerically, graphically) data for communication within advertising.com
? Identify needs and opportunities to leverage data for business knowledge
? Develop creative solutions to challenges with data completeness, integrity and volume
? Identify and diagnose data and process issues and develop resolutions

Skills:
(Required)
? Data analysis skills?.from problem definition to approach to analysis to communication of results
? Database familiarity (from a querying standpoint)
? MS Excel proficiency
? Linux/Unix familiarity
? Strong interest in advertising and creative process
? Excellent communication skills
(Strong Plus)
? SAS (Statistical Analysis Software) proficiency
? Management and analysis of large datasets
? Optimization experience
? HTML/Graphic Design/Flash familiarity
? Database familiarity (from a design standpoint)

Education / Experience:
? Statistics/Applied Math Background
