Plans, develops, coordinates, and directs the completion of assigned survey projects.

Prepares surveying project proposals.Establishes and maintains primary contact with clients.Prepares schedules to assure projects are on time and within budget projections.Determines technical and professional staffing needs; hires, trains, manages and motivates personnel.Supervises the work direction of all survey personnel.Establishes and maintains quality and accuracy standards.Reviews and approves complete range of survey document deliverables.Takes an active role in new business development. Oversees invoicing and collection of payments from clients for assigned projects.Performs Performance Reviews.Review and approval of InvoicesResponsible for collecting outstanding receivables for their jobs.
