Position Requirements and Description

Must have at least 2 years top hammer drilling experience and preferred minimum of 5 years experience on comparable above ground drilling equipment. Some higher education preferred. Able to visit customer?s sites at point of equipment application.  Approximately 50% travel is required. Individual must be able to obtain a valid passport as some travel will be international. Must have the ability to influence people in their opinions, attitudes, or judgments about ideas or things, to motivate, convince or negotiate. Ability to deal with all levels of business people in an organization. Good communication skills. Ability to systematically identify problems, evaluate alternatives and implement cost effective solutions.

Responsible for performing product demonstrations. Gather customer feedback and competitive information for continuous product improvement. In plant liaison between Marketing and Engineering for problem resolution.
