Teleservices Professional

Perform real-time monitoring of transaction volumes across a multi-site, multi-CSP virtual network environment. Facilitate both scheduled and unscheduled transaction routing changes to meet real-time service and CSP efficiency demands. Participate in the design and modification of transaction routing strategies.
Develop and manage service escalation processes that involve routing changes (i.e., moving volume, changing message sequences, etc.). Candidate should have related work experience.
