Tivoli Instructor

The Tivoli Instructor: Delivers face to face and instructor led classes to Customers, Partners and IBMers in public open enrollment classes as well as private onsite classes, Delivers instructor enablement (train the trainer) sessions to Partner and peer instructors, Presents technical sessions at conferences and other forums, May participate in consulting engagements as required, Specific focus on Tivoli Monitoring, Netview, Provisioning and Orchestration
product suites.

Major Field of Study: Computer Science and/or Information Management
Experience in education delivery, Experience delivering technical education (instructor skills), Technical experience/knowledge of Tivoli products listed above, Technical emphasis on Distributed systems technology, Oral and written communication, Teamwork, ability to work in a matrixed environment.
