ACCENT currently has an opening for a Trainer in Kansas City, Missouri near KCI. The preferred Trainer candidate will be well versed in delivering and developing training curriculum. Must have strong organizational and presentation skills. Successful incumbents must be able to build and maintain relationships in the workplace, ensuring effective training and developing of customer service representatives to excel in performance.
? Support the implementation of training curricula for CSR's, Program Managers, Assistant
Program Managers, and QA Specialists.
? Assist in delivering new training programs based on client requirements and needs assessment results.
? Work closely with Training Manager on understanding the program's goals and expectations to ensure that the training program meets the overall needs of the client.
? Develop scripts and rebuttals for programs on an as needed basis.
? Assist in conducting needs assessment to identify new and ongoing opportunities for training and development of CSR's, Program Managers and other employees.
? Act as floor support to newly trained and existing employees to ensure smooth transition from classroom to job and to promote continuous quality performance.
? Coach and counsel newly trained employees on quality and productivity.
? Maintain a positive attitude and support ACCENT?s Commitment to Excellence.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Specifications
? BA/BS in a related field or 2 years experience training in call center environment.
? Excellent computer skills - Excel, Word, Power Point, Access & Outlook.
? Detail and process oriented.
? Flexible to meet challenges.
? Strong organizational skills.
? Excellent interpersonal skills.
? Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Proven team player.
