Training Support Coordinator

Responsibilities: The qualified candidate will support development and delivery of online and instructor-led training by producing and updating training presentations and materials;provide technical and organizational solutions to streamline administration of training programs. Function as the LMS Administrator, coordinating with Information Technology Services (ITS) on software system configuration, upgrades, customization and maintenance issues. Monitor and maintain the CDMU website and coordinate with other CDMU staff maintaining the CDMU mailbox and Corporate Communications on CDMU communication strategies. Manage the administration of virtual training programs including scheduling classes and resources; train and manage a pool of producers for virtual classroom courses; produce and maintain materials and web pages for virtual courses. Query and manipulate electronic data systems to provide standard and ad hoc reports for Management upon request; develop report templates for self-services uses; coordinate with Human Resources staff on issues related to HRIS information and reporting.

Requirements:
A.S. in computer science, human resources, training related or equivalent experience in related field.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of information technology, training or advanced administrative experience; previous experience in training or human resources applications strongly preferred; extensive/advanced experience using Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Power Point, Excel(expert) and Outlook; data base systems and functions required.
Experience with a Learning Management System preferred.
Basic knowledge of HTML or experience using Dreamweaver for creating web pages desired.
Good communication and organizational skills required.
