VP Credit

Candidate will be required to provide support and guidance to the Diversified Vendor and Healthcare Vendors verticals.

Support will include credit underwriting, portfolio due diligence coordination write-up and presentation, large deal interaction including new business development initiatives., establish and monitor TMD and RAC compliance, related credit policies and procedures, Candidate will be required to interact with sales staff, customers and senior SFG management where deal articulation and oral presentation are given. Special projects relative to credit. Credit analysis post mortem and communication with field to ensure recommended enhancements to underwriting are done.
* Ten years of credit underwriting experience, with a good track record of individual credit authority.

* Candidate should have underwriting experience in healthcare as well as good working knowledge on how to structure UNL programs and limited liability programs.

* Good working knowledge of documentation.
